The Intimacy of God

Aug 2, 2012 | Faith

And when they heard the Lord was concerned about them and had seen their misery, they bowed and worshiped Him.”  Exodus 4:31.

I’m wondering if you need to hear this today.

the Lord is concerned about you and has seen your misery.

This verse ended my quiet time this morning.  In the narrative of Moses’ story, these words touched me.

God is so personal.

When His people were reminded of how tender He is towards them and how He knows them personally and sees their hurts, they bowed and worshiped Him.

My prayer for you, today, is that the Lord who sees, hears and understands every tear you have shed, every trial you have gone through, will be intimately personal to you today, and you will know how he cares for your every need.

And in response, Lord,
may we bow down and worship you
in intimacy and awe of your holiness.

May God meed all of your needs according to His glorious riches in Christ Jesus, today (Phil 4:19)

Good cares for me so much and oh how he knows what i an going through. He sent his only son down to earth and he knew all the pain He would go through and he knew that it would b 30 some years before He would see him again. I only have to wait a few weeks to see Mandy and i can hardly stand it. God is sooooooooooooooo good. I can turn to Him and he can give me comfort like only He can. Thanks again Brenda !!!!!
